Due to the nature of digital products and instant access delivery, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where:

• A technical issue prevents access to the product
• A duplicate payment has been made
• A genuine billing error has occurred
